Arifa – Business Development Manager, Production Office Assistant, Purchasing supervisor

Arifa oversees the design team during their day to day work, and helps to keep them on track. She helps with tasks such as project planning, developing business ideas for clients and ensuring that PHD meets the needs of it’s many clients. We always ensure that Arifa has plenty to do in the office, so that she isn’t tempted to indulge her passion of online shoe shopping!

Andy – Graphic Designer

Andy is the longest serving of our current design team. His excellent design knowledge and attention to detail have made him a big hit with our clients – he is a big part of the excellent service that we offer. Andy is also an avid Man United fan – well, nobodies perfect!

Dawood-i. – Office Monkey

Dawood is the centre of PHD. He helps to generate business, and to motivate the team so that projects are finished to a high standard, on time, and on budget. He has been working at PHD since it’s creation and has had a hand in every success. Dawood is on his phone with clients so often that it’s often difficult speaking to him even if he’s in the same office all day – we sometimes have to give him a phone call from across the room to get his attention!

Moulana is the head of our administration team. If you send an email or call us, it’s probably Moulana who will have the pleasure of speaking to you. Moulana has been an integral part of our team for nearly four years and is also a teacher at a local mosque, providing a service of grand designs at both!

Mushy – Distribution Manager

Mushy is the oldest member of our team – but also one of the most energetic! He organises and runs the delivery and logistical aspects of PHD. Not only does Mushy command a team of distributors, but he also helps out himself, ensuring that our high standards are maintained. In his time off, Mushy can often be found busting killer dance moves at family weddings – we have video evidence
